Returns & Refunds

Because tiles, stone and sanitaryware are batch-sensitive:

• Unused, unopened cartons in resaleable condition may be returned within 7 days with original invoice, subject to inspection.
• Cut stone, custom vanities, tinted paint and installed goods cannot be returned.
• Shade variation in natural materials is not a defect.
• Refunds for prepaid showroom payments are processed after goods are received back; COD orders are simply not collected if cancelled before dispatch.
