Product Description
HS Roof Kool & Seal is a fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric waterproofing membrane, impregnated with nano-fibre. The product is specially formulated with PU-Acrylic Hybrid Polymer and is meant for a dual effect of waterproofing & heat reduction.
The product complies with ASTM D 6083 standard specification for roofing & ASTM E 1980 for solar reflectance.

Notes :
- Allow minimum 48 hours before subjecting the painted surface to service.
- Do not apply during rain, fog or mist or when the temperature falls below 10°C.

Method of Application
Surface Preparation
- Clean and sound surface Remove dust, oil & grease
- Repair cracks and joints
- Treat with suitable repair mortar
Application
- Stir well before use
- Apply by brush or roller
- First coat (diluted) as self-priming coat
- Apply second coat undiluted after drying
Drying Time
- Inter-coat period 3 – 6 hours
- Ensure total dry film thickness of 450–500 microns

Accidental splashes onto skin must be washed off with water and soap. In contact with eyes or mucous membrane, rinse with clean warm water and seek medical attention without delay.

Shelf Life / Storage
In unopened, undamaged original container, protected from direct sunlight and frost at temperatures +1°C to +35°C, shelf life is at least 12 months from the date of manufacture.
It is always advised to keep the materials away from direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time.
